Our Returns and Warranty

UPDATE

Date 30/09/2024

Our new returns policy is now 30 days, effective immediately.

The local HC-CARGO warehouse in Nottingham will close from the 31st December 2024 with a last possible order date of the 29th November 2024.

Any orders placed on or before this date will be delivered via the normal delivery services. Any returns must be received by us by the 30th December at the very latest. We will not be able to process any refunds on products received after this date.

We will contact you again before the last order date above to inform you of the wholesale distribution options going forward and how our warranty obligations will be handled.

We are looking forward to continuing the cooperation with your company in the new set-up, and we will do our best to make the transition as efficient as possible
